Emily Pierce

Emily Pierce is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Associate General Counsel and VP of Global Regulatory Climate Disclosure at Persefoni since November 2022. Previously, Emily held the position of Assistant Director in International Affairs at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission from 2010 to November 2022. Prior to that, Emily was an Associate at Debevoise & Plimpton from August 2002 to August 2010 and completed a judicial clerkship under Hon. Louis F. Oberdorfer at the U.S. District Courts from 2006 to 2007. Emily Pierce earned a Juris Doctor from Yale Law School in 2002 and a Bachelor of Arts in Public and International Affairs from Princeton University in 1997.
