Matthew Souza

Matthew Souza serves as General Counsel & VP at Wrapbook and is also involved with TechGC as a Charter Member. With a diverse legal background, Matthew has held various positions at Zillow, including Senior Counsel, and spent several years at Perkins Coie LLP as an Associate. Earlier career experiences include law clerk roles and internships at Bracewell LLP, Intel Corporation, and Puget Sound Energy, along with legislative work in the United States Senate and a finance position in a political campaign. Matthew holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Washington School of Law, an MBA from the UW Foster School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Whitman College.
