Michelle Nicholas has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Michelle is currently the Director of Care Coordination at Person Centered Services Care Coordination Organization, LLC since January 2021. Prior to that, Michelle worked at Catholic Charities of Chemung/Schuyler, where they held the roles of Special Projects Coordinator from October 2019 to January 2021 and Operations Specialist, Cultural Competence and Health Literacy from December 2017 to January 2021.
