Rafael Tugaon has been working in the tech industry since 2008. rafael began their career at SHI Designing And Manufacturing Inc. as a Java Programmer. In 2012, they moved to SDMI, where they worked as a Senior Java Programmer. In 2013, they were promoted to Team Lead at SDMI. In 2016, Rafael joined Pet Circle as a Tech Lead / Java Developer.

Rafael Tugaon attended the Polytechnic University of the Philippines from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology degree with a focus on Computer.
