María Jesús Serrano

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, education, and business management. Mariana has served as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, focusing on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has held the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include owner/manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, as well as a nutritionist at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana has also contributed as a university lecturer on subjects such as applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school between August 2016 and August 2017.
