Mark Anthony Munsayac, MBA, currently serves as the Head of Customer Experience at Philippine Airlines since January 2021. Mark's experience also encompasses roles such as Director of Operations and Site Director at STARTEK, Service Delivery Manager at Expert Global Solutions, Operations Manager and Assistant Manager at HSBC, and Technical Sales Representative at Schering Pharmaceuticals. Mark holds a Master of Business Administration from Ateneo de Manila University and a Bachelor in Business Administration in Marketing from Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
