Simon Coster

Simon Coster is a highly experienced engineering professional with a strong background in advanced engineering management, specializing in fuel injection systems and emission control for commercial vehicles. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at PHINIA since July 2023, Simon previously held similar senior roles at BorgWarner and Delphi Technologies. Notably, at BorgWarner, Simon led the Advanced Engineering team focused on innovative fuel injection technologies. Throughout a decade at Delphi, Simon made significant contributions to the development of SCR dosers, progressing from a Development Engineer to team leadership roles. Simon earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London.
