Caspar Hoegh

Caspar Hoegh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transformative business ventures and strategic leadership. As a Partner and Co-founder of NOON Ventures since September 2020, Hoegh focuses on investing in innovative companies. In addition, Hoegh serves as Vice Chairman of the Board at both Phlit and Lotus Microsystems, where efforts are directed toward enhancing flexibility in electric grids and optimizing power management solutions, respectively. At Tattoodo, the world's leading tattoo community, Hoegh holds multiple roles, including Chairman of the Board and Chief Operating Officer, driving digital innovation within the $50 billion tattoo industry. Prior to these roles, Hoegh contributed to Nilfisk's strategy and M&A operations and worked as a Management Consultant at Bain & Company, specializing in strategy and performance improvement across various industries. Hoegh's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Finance and Strategic Management from Copenhagen Business School and participation in the Executive Board Programme at INSEAD.
