Rachael Baker

Rachael Baker is an experienced professional in quality management and research within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Quality & Data Manager for the Transplant Program at Phoenix Children's since October 2022, Rachael has previously held roles such as Regional Quality Program Manager for Women's Health at Providence Health & Services and Sr Project Manager in the Research Program at Providence St. Joseph Health. Rachael's background includes project management for various National Cancer Institute grants and responsibilities in regulatory processing and study coordination for National Institute of Drug Abuse funded projects. Rachael holds a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from the University of Washington, a Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences from Portland State University, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Health Equity Research at Northern Arizona University.
