Niklas Kolodzie is an accomplished researcher in the field of photonics with extensive experience in various roles at TOPTICA Photonics, where responsibilities include positions as an R&D Scientific Diode Lasers PhD Candidate, Development Engineer, and R&D Opto-Mechanical Design since April 2017. Additionally, Kolodzie has been serving as a Guest Researcher focused on Optical Clocks at Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB) since December 2020. Past experience includes a Master Thesis Student role at Menlo Systems and a Scientific Assistant position at Fachhochschule Münster, along with a Bachelor Thesis Student role at Tesat-Spacecom GmbH & Co.
