Holly Johnston

Holly Johnston is an accomplished business consultant and organizational development expert, currently serving as the Founder and Chief Engagement Officer at Blue Water Leadership since 2019, in addition to holding the position of Managing Director - Chief Engagement Officer at Sellside Group, LLC. Johnston is also a Certified Nonflict Coach with Million Peacemakers, focusing on conflict resolution training globally. As a founding board member of the Southern California Chapter of the Private Directors Association, Johnston connects executives with board service opportunities. Previous roles include Director of Global Talent Development at Paul Hastings, LLP, and President of HolliSolutions.
