Matt Garlock

Matt Garlock is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications field, currently serving as a Regional Account Manager at PICS Telecom since November 2012. In this role, Matt specializes in pre-sales consultation, engineering, and installation services, collaborating with CLEC, ISP, and various Integrators. Matt’s expertise encompasses asset management and reverse logistics, effectively addressing real-world logistical challenges to optimize network operations.
