Karen Duffard

Karen Duffard has over two decades of experience in healthcare management, currently serving as Vice President for both Physician Enterprise Strategy and Piedmont Clinic Operations and Strategy at Piedmont Healthcare since May 2010. Prior to this role, Karen held various leadership positions, including Executive Director of Project Management, and was a Partner at Kurt Salmon Associates from June 1999 to May 2010. Earlier experience includes consulting roles at Health Strategies and Solutions, Inc., Chi Systems, Inc., and an analyst position at HCIA. Karen holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health and Sociology from The Johns Hopkins University.
