Adéla Z.

Adéla Z. has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Adéla began their career at Czech University of Life Sciences as a Research Assistant. Adéla then worked at Dairy Queen and Land Ho Harwich Port as a Food Staff and Hostess, respectively. Adéla later joined Generali Česká pojišťovna as a Product Manager in the field of agricultural insurance. Adéla then worked at Vojenská Zdravotní Pojišťovna as a Legal Department Officer. Adéla then transitioned to SEPHORA, where they started as a Trainee and worked their way up to become a Category Management Specialist. At SEPHORA, they collaborated closely with the Category Manager on developing the Skin care category, handling product listings and assortment planning, and conducting category analysis. Currently, Adéla is working at Pilulka as a Category Manager responsible for selecting the offline portfolio for Pilulka pharmacies, managing categories and products, and creating and monitoring pharmacy planograms.

Adéla Z. began their education at Gymnázium Česká Lípa from 2005 to 2013. Adéla then enrolled at Czech University of Life Sciences Prague, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Výživa a potraviny from 2014 to 2017. In 2017, they continued their studies at the same university and obtained a degree of Inženýr (Ing.) in Kvalita a zpracování zemědělských produktů from 2019.

During their time at university, Adéla also participated in a summer program in Indonesia in 2018 at Institut Teknologi Del.

Additionally, Adéla has obtained certifications outside of their formal education. In 2013, they completed a course on "Kurz trenéra plavání 3. třídy" at Charles University in Prague. In 2018, they underwent training on "Školení Interní auditor systému managementu kvality dle normy ISO 9001:2015" at Konfirm.
