Trey Blancher

Trey Blancher has extensive experience in technical support and engineering, currently serving as Principal Production Support Engineer at Pindrop since March 2016, where previous roles included Senior Production Support Engineer and Application Support Engineer, Tier III. Trey began a career at AVOXI as a Tier II Support Representative and later held various positions at Digium, Inc., including Senior Customer Service Engineer and Tech Support Technician, where significant contributions were made in addressing customers' telephony device problems and creating knowledge base articles. Additional experience includes serving as an Adjunct Instructor at ITT Technical Institute, teaching Linux Operating Systems, and working as an NT Support Technician at CPSI. Education includes a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from The University of Alabama in Huntsville and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of South Alabama.
