Melissa Micari

Melissa Micari has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Melissa currently works at PineBridge Investments as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, where they are responsible for recruitment across various departments. Prior to this, Melissa served as a Member of the Board of Directors and a Leadership Council Member at The Pink Agenda, a non-profit organization focused on breast cancer research and care. Melissa also held roles at Row House as a Coach and later as a Lead Coach & Assistant Manager. Before that, Melissa worked at Paul Hastings as an Administrator and Senior Coordinator in Talent Acquisition & Development. Melissa'sprevious experience includes positions at Cantor Fitzgerald in Campus Recruitment, Northwestern Mutual as the Director of Recruitment & Selection, and Michael Page as a Recruitment Consultant. Melissa's early career involved roles as a Campus Ambassador at Tilt.com, a Mail Room Attendant at UConn Mail Management, and a Group Organizer at StudentCity.com.

Melissa Micari obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Speech, Language, & Hearing Sciences from the University of Connecticut in 2015. Melissa also holds a certification as a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, obtained in 2019.
