Senior Customer & Product Experience Manager at PINS

Lindsay Blackwell has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Lindsay began their career as a Youth Development Counselor at Boys & Girls Clubs of America from August 2011 to June 2012. Lindsay then worked as a Lead Teacher at All Starz Childrens Academy from May 2013 to December 2013. Lindsay joined Henrico County Public Schools in August 2015 as an Educator-Team Lead, where they directed curriculum standards and collaborated with fellow educators and administrators to create a positive learning environment until August 2019.

In 2020, Lindsay worked at All Across Africa as an Account Manager. Lindsay'sresponsibilities included managing international and domestic accounts, implementing new digital platforms, and solving emerging issues within the company. In March 2021, Lindsay transitioned to the role of a Software Implementation Specialist at PINS Advantage, where they worked until November 2021. Lindsay then took on the position of a Senior Customer & Product Experience Manager at the same company.

Lindsay Blackwell completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development, Family Studies, and Related Services at Virginia Tech from 2008 to 2011. In 2014 to 2015, they pursued a Graduate Certificate in Education at the University of Richmond. Most recently, Lindsay obtained a Certificate in Technical Project Management from Thinkful in 2020 to 2021.
