Mati Malsub

Mati Malsub has a strong background in software development and leadership roles. Mati'swork experience includes roles at various companies such as Pipedrive, Hitpoint OU, Fienta, Kontakttelevisiooni AS, Icegold OU, MicroLink Eesti, and IC Systems Ltd.

At Pipedrive, Mati worked as a Full Stack Developer from November 2020 to the present.

Prior to that, they were a Freelance Web Developer at Hitpoint OU from February 2012. Mati developed web-based public sites, e-shops, and custom business solutions for clients like Estonian Air, TalTech, and more.

Mati co-founded Fienta, a SaaS-based ticketing platform start-up, and served as the CTO from November 2015 to April 2020. Mati achieved a top position in the Estonian market and expanded the customer base to 10 countries.

Before Fienta, Mati worked part-time at Kontakttelevisiooni AS as a Network Engineer from October 2009 to May 2011. Mati was responsible for building and managing wireless network solutions and Linux servers.

In the early stages of their career, Mati co-founded Icegold OU, a gold-based e-currency exchange start-up, and served as the CTO from September 2001 to October 2009. Mati played a crucial role in hardware setups, backend development, and web design, achieving a top 5 market position worldwide.

Mati also worked at MicroLink Eesti as a Lead Software Developer from February 2001 to September 2001 and at IC Systems Ltd as a Software Developer from January 1997 to February 2001.

Mati Malsub pursued their higher education from 1994 to 1999 at TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology. During this period, they obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science.
