Katie Oakes

Katie Oakes has a wealth of work experience. Katie began their career in 2007 as a Sales Representative for Nick T. Arnold Jewelers. In 2011, they worked as a Student Orientation Leader at Transylvania University and as a Special Events Intern for Susan G. Komen. In 2012, they took on an Intern role at FedScoop, where they worked with company executives in data procurement and assisted with the execution of conference level events. In 2013, they worked as a Graphic Designer and Event Assistant for Something Fabulous, LLC, as well as an Event Coordinator for LivingSocial. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as an Online Community Manager and Marketing Coordinator at Socious, and in 2017 they also took on a role as a Freelance Graphic Designer & Marketer for Self-employed. Finally, in 2017 they began their current role as Director of Client Success for Pipeline Ops.

Katie Oakes attended Transylvania University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Writing, Rhetoric and Communication.
