Jesse Crooks

Jesse Crooks is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and relationship management across various industries. Currently serving as the Manager of EMEA Customer Success for Key Accounts at PitchBook Data since January 2020, Jesse leads a team responsible for servicing key clients in the Private Equity and corporate sectors. Prior roles include Associate Manager and Team Lead positions at PitchBook, as well as a Customer Success Product Specialist at Macrobond Financial, where responsibilities involved user training and product adoption. Previous experiences also encompass roles at Currencycloud, Allan Gray Proprietary Limited, Sable Group, and other organizations, covering areas such as fraud prevention, client relationship management, and foreign exchange brokerage. Education includes a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics and Management from Rhodes University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning from the University of the Free State.
