Leon is passionate about developing a fast growing and enthusiastic team in Perth. Caring for the people as well as the client is an ethos embedded in Leon’s approach.

Leon is keenly interested in the aspirations of the businesses he works with, which requires forming lasting bonds with the executives and owners. His view is that Pitcher Partners fundamentally exists to help clients, not just in specific areas of expertise but in all commercial and wealth management aspects. To do so, a wide purview of the client’s circumstances is required, one that is not possible without developing great client and industry relationships.

With a background of over 20 years practising in corporate and international tax servicing a broad range of diverse clients, Leon has developed an approach that integrates holistic commercial aspects with deep technical expertise to create practical and realistic solutions. Being nimble and innovative while remaining technically sound is an ingrained trait in Leon’s approach.
