Carmen Braggiato

Carmen Braggiato is the Director of Client Solutions at Pivot Energy. Carmen has over 20 years of experience in program and account management, with a focus on sustainability and carbon management solutions. Carmen was previously with ENGIE Impact, where they served as Digital Program Manager for Zero Carbon Sustainability Solutions. In this role, Carmen was responsible for building new processes and tools to work closely with software engineers, software products, data enhancement, software design, carbon and sustainability teams to develop synergy that translated to a positive implementation. Carmen also utilized their expertise in client management to drive value for clients using the Zero Carbon Platform. Carmen was instrumental in the development of the Client Experience Team that anticipates client needs related to their sustainability goals. Carmen is highly skilled in risk identification, resolution and problem solving within complex solutions, data and client interactions.
