John Conboy

John Conboy is a seasoned manager with extensive experience in IT operations and compliance. Currently serving as a Manager at PJM since 2017, John oversees Compliance Assurance, Vulnerability Management, Patch Management, Audit Liaison, and budgeting for software and hardware. Previously, John held the position of Manager of Platform Operations at PJM Interconnection since 2008, managing IT platforms including Unix, Windows, and Storage. John's career also includes managerial roles at Peco Energy from 1983 to 2002, a brief tenure as IT Director at Exelon Energy in 2000-2001, and Network Manager at PECO from 1995 to 1999. John Conboy holds an Associate of Science in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from Penn State University, a Master of Business Administration from Saint Joseph's University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Villanova University.
