Richard Erb

Richard Erb is a seasoned professional in the engineering and renewable energy sectors, currently serving as Co-Founder and VP of Product at Planted Solar since June 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a Structures Analyst at SpaceX from April 2017 to June 2020, and as a Mechanical Design Engineer at SunPower Corporation from October 2015 to March 2017, following a position as Structural Design Engineer at Cogenra Solar, which was acquired by SunPower. Richard also contributed as a Visiting Researcher at Imperial College London in 2013. Richard holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the same institution, completed in 2014.
