Dries Ballyn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and technical communication. Currently serving as a Product Manager at Plantyn since July 2015, Dries focuses on innovative projects that enhance school management and administration, while also expanding partner ecosystems through strategic integrations. Previously, Dries held roles such as Functional Analyst and Documentation Architect at Artilium, where responsibilities included bridging business and IT needs, analyzing customer requirements, and developing comprehensive documentation. Dries has also managed high-end publishing projects at Guideline Belgium and provided consultancy services in grants management at Deloitte Belgium. With a background in technical writing and marketing communication, combined with a Master's Degree in Translation, Dries possesses a strong foundation in creating effective documentation and user training.
