Martin Woods

Martin Woods is currently the Head of External Contracts at Platform Housing Group since September 2021. Prior to this, Martin was the Head of Asset Management at Lincolnshire Housing Partnership from April 2018 to September 2021. Their responsibilities included asset management, landlord health and safety, planned investment, development, and sales. Before that, Martin held the position of Head of Property Services at Boston Mayflower Ltd from February 2009 to April 2018, where Martin was in charge of responsive repairs and voids, asset management, landlord health and safety, and planned investment.
