Austen Harness

Austen Harness is a Customer Success Account Manager at Platform Science since August 2022, where responsibilities include managing relationships, project management, integration, adoption, and training of telematics solutions for trucking and transportation customers, with a focus on the American and Canadian west coast market and oversight of the North American rental and lease market. Previously, at Lockheed Martin from June 2016 to August 2022, Austen served as a Field Sales Support Systems Engineer, overseeing logistics, inventory, and project management for the F-22 Integrated Maintenance Information System, and acted as the Primary Sustainment Account Manager. Additionally, as a Subcontract Administrator Associate, responsibilities included sourcing and procurement support for the F-35 aircraft program. Earlier experience includes an internship at Oxy in customer supply chain services. Austen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the University of North Texas.
