Brenna DeRocili is currently a Researcher with Dr. Kalmia Kniel, having started in June 2022 as part of the unique strengths summer internship program. In addition, Brenna has been employed at Taverna Newark as a Server since May 2021. Previous experience includes a role as a Quality Assurance Intern at UDairy Creamery from May 2021 to December 2021 and an Applebee's Host from August 2018 to August 2019. Brenna is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Food Science at the University of Delaware, expected to graduate in 2027, following a Bachelor's degree (Honors) in Food Science obtained from the same institution in 2023. Brenna graduated from Middletown High School in 2019.
