Joanna Lee

Joanna Lee is the current Global Director of Talent & Culture at Plaza Premium Group. Joanna has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources, and has held positions at Lever Style and Yip's Chemical Holdings Limited.

At Lever Style, Joanna was responsible for establishing and implementing organizational goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures. Joanna also monitored and evaluated programmatic and operational effectiveness, and made changes as required for improvement. In addition, they provided strategic and operational direction for all HRIS functions and directed the development of training and organizational development programs.

At Yip's Chemical Holdings Limited, Joanna served as Head of Human Resources. In this role, they were responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including Organizational Development, Training, Recruitment and Compensation & Benefits. Joanna also strengthened internal communication and promoted two-way communication for staff engagement.

Joanna Lee has a Master of Science (MSc) in Strategic Human Resources Management from Hong Kong Baptist University.

They work with Ng Lee Sia - Head of HR, Jimmy Ng - Regional Director of Human Resources - Southeast Asia, and Rachel Ho - Director, Global Learning & Development. A direct report to Joanna Lee is and Queenie Tse - Director, Human Resources Business Partner. Joanna Lee reports to Andrew Quay, Head of Talent & Culture.
