Jacob Acton

Jacob Acton, CAPM, has extensive experience in application performance management and technical support, currently serving as an Engagement Manager and previously as a Delivery Consultant at Plex Systems, Inc. since December 2017. Jacob has also held the position of Project Manager at Rootstock Software, and worked as an Application Performance Consultant at SunTrust, focusing on business process pain points and the development of implementation plans for tools. Prior experience includes a role as a Guardian Delivery Consultant at Dynatrace, where Jacob enhanced application monitoring and mentored clients. Educational credentials include a BSBA in Business Information Systems with a concentration in SAP from Central Michigan University.
