Elliot Chase

Elliot Chase possesses extensive experience in quality assurance and technical support, currently serving as Project Manager and QA Lead at PLUS QA since May 2015. Previously, Elliot worked at Avatron Software, Inc. from March 2009 to April 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing technical support as a QA Engineer and managing customer interactions as a Technical Support Specialist. Earlier experience at Apple Retail from May 2005 to March 2009 involved providing customer service as a Genius and gaining deep product knowledge as a Mac Specialist. Elliot holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Reed College, obtained in 2005.
