Grace Bills has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Grace began their career in 2012 as a Sales Negotiator and Business Development Coordinator at Curchods Estate Agents, where they successfully achieved targets and managed customer data. In 2014, they transitioned to the education sector as a Classroom Teacher at Exeter House School, where they taught severely autistic children and led a team of teaching assistants.

Grace went on to work as a Freelance Project Manager at The Artventure Trust from 2016 to 2018, where they designed and delivered projects with disengaged groups and ensured compliance and quality.
