Grace Bills

Grace Bills has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Grace began their career in 2012 as a Sales Negotiator and Business Development Coordinator at Curchods Estate Agents, where they successfully achieved targets and managed customer data. In 2014, they transitioned to the education sector as a Classroom Teacher at Exeter House School, where they taught severely autistic children and led a team of teaching assistants.

Grace went on to work as a Freelance Project Manager at The Artventure Trust from 2016 to 2018, where they designed and delivered projects with disengaged groups and ensured compliance and quality. Grace then joined Let Me Play as a Project Manager, where they oversaw a council-funded contract, managed budgets, and built strong relationships with stakeholders.

In 2019, Grace joined The Education and Training Foundation as a Project Officer, managing grant programs and drawing insights for improvement. Grace later became a Business Development Coordinator, coordinating a successful bid for a £80 million contract.

In 2021, Grace joined London Early Years Foundation (LEYF) as a Strategic Project Manager, where they ensured timely delivery of strategic initiatives and managed project milestones, budgets, and resources. Currently, they are employed at Plus X Innovation as the Head of Projects and Head of New Locations Partnerships.

Grace Bills has a Master of Arts (MA) degree in an unspecified field of study from the University for the Creative Arts, which was obtained from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed a PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) with a focus on Primary with Art from the University of Exeter, from 2013 to 2014. Their undergraduate education was at the Arts University Bournemouth, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Costume Design from 2009 to 2012. In addition, they have obtained certifications as a Qualified Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance in 2013 and a Level 3 Award in Effective Coaching from ILM, though the month of completion is not specified, in 2022.
