Robert Durham (Bob)

Robert (Bob) Durham is a seasoned Senior Defect Reduction Engineer at Polar Semiconductor, LLC since October 2014, where responsibilities include supporting quality and safety initiatives, as well as evaluating new equipment for particle monitoring. Prior experience includes positions at Costco Wholesale focusing on merchandising and customer service, roles at North Dakota State University as a bookstore cashier and resident assistant, and earlier jobs in customer service at Muller Family Movie Theater and Crystal Lake Golf Club. Bob holds a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from North Dakota State University and has pursued actuarial exams with the Society of Actuaries, in addition to completing a Certificate in Emerging Leaders Bootcamp from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
