Antares Gryczan

Antares Gryczan is an experienced executive with a diverse background in information technology, cybersecurity, and operational management. Currently serving as Executive Director at PFR Operacje since October 2020, Antares Gryczan oversees advanced IT and operational services for the PFR SA Group. Antares Gryczan's prior roles include Director of Information Technology at Polski Fundusz Rozwoju S.A. and Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Operator Chmury Krajowej. From 2004 to January 2020, Antares Gryczan was Chief Operating Officer at Centrum Kart SA, where responsibilities included the establishment and operational management of the company, cybersecurity oversight, and strategic initiatives. Additional experience includes serving as Director of the Alternative Distribution Channels Division at Bank Pekao, and leading the Professional Services department at Softbank. Antares Gryczan began the career as a co-owner and founder of neuroWare, a software house specializing in trading tools.
