At Under Armour, Tara held the position of Sr. Director of DTC Operations for the Americas region, where responsibilities included developing strategies to enhance the athlete multi-channel experience and lead retail operations. With a substantial tenure at Sears Holdings Corporation, Tara progressed through various leadership roles, culminating as Vice President of Strategy & Softlines Sales Development, where efforts focused on boosting softlines sales and executive training across numerous stores.
