Chuck Brooks is an accomplished professional in talent development and instructional design, currently serving as the National Talent Development Manager at Polyglass U.S.A., Inc. / Mapei since April 2018, where leadership of learning initiatives for over 400 employees and the implementation of a Diversity and Inclusion Program are key responsibilities. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Learning Technology at ADT, where Chuck oversaw a large learning management system supporting 17,000 learners, and as Sr. Manager of Sales Training and Development at Anda, Inc., managing a significant training budget for a $1B sales division. Educational credentials include a Mastering Instructional Design Certification from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from William Penn University. Additional training in Fierce Conversations has been pursued since 2016.
