Kelly Cooper has worked in the retail industry since 2007. Kelly began their career as a Key Account Specialist at Sole Technology. In 2009, they moved to Quiksilver as a Sales Ops Coordinator. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at Lakai Limited Footwear/Girl Skateboards as an International Sales Coordinator. Afterwards, they were a Sales Assistant at Loser Machine/Dark Seas Division. In 2015, they were a Customer Service Manager at Depactus Surf Apparel. From 2016 to 2019, they were a Business Development Account Manager and Sales at YETI Coolers. Most recently, in 2020, they have been a Customer Experience Manager at PONCHO.

Kelly Cooper attended Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design (RMCAD) from 1996 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Fine Art/Design. Kelly then completed a Floral Certification Program at Long Beach City College in 2014-2015. Finally, Kelly Cooper received their High School Diploma from El Toro HS.
