Aledina Miah is an experienced professional in community development and training, currently serving as the Community Training Development Manager at Poplar HARCA since February 2016. Previously, Aledina held the position of Community Development and Office Coordinator at Olmec, a BAMER-led social enterprise focused on race equality and social justice, from April 2007 to January 2016. Aledina also volunteered as a Case Worker at the British Red Cross, providing support to clients in the Refugee unit, and worked as a Translator/Interpreter for the London Borough of Redbridge, facilitating communication in various social contexts from 2001 to 2008. Aledina began a professional journey as a Train Host with Gatwick Express, contributing to customer service in the transportation sector.
