Sean Macnew

Sean Macnew is the current COO and CFO of POPSUGAR. Prior to this, they held the same positions at Symantec Corporation from January 2008 to November 2019. Sean has also worked as a Senior Director, NetBackup RealTime Protection and Director, Strategic Operations at Symantec, Category Manager at Ebay, Business Development Manager at Epinions, and Senior Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Sean began their career as an Analyst at Alex. Brown & Sons in 1995.

Sean Macnew attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business and received an MBA in Business. Prior to that, they graduated from Dartmouth College with a BA in Computer Science. Sean also attended Phillips Academy.
