Anneka Van Scoyoc

Anneka Van Scoyoc has a diverse work experience in graphic design and communications. Anneka started their career as a Communications Specialist at Queens University of Charlotte, where they worked as a Study Abroad Advisor, Research Assistant, and Communications Specialist. Anneka then moved on to work as a Communications Specialist for the University Community Service Center at The University of Chicago, where they managed marketing projects and redesigned the organization's website and publicity materials. Anneka also worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer for WHAT WORKS ASSOCIATION INC and later joined Population Council as a Communications Associate and later as a Communications Graphics Associate. In these roles, they designed print and online products, developed branding and visual guidelines, and maintained the organization's website. Anneka then worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer for FP2030 and is currently employed as a Senior Graphic Designer at PRB, where they design engaging print and digital materials and creates original websites.

Anneka Van Scoyoc obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business/Corporate Communications and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Organizational Communication, General from Queens University of Charlotte from 2008 to 2012. In 2011, they also participated in a Study Abroad program at Hong Kong Baptist University. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in International Relations and Affairs at the University of Chicago from 2013 to 2014. In February 2017, Anneka obtained a certification in User Experience Design from General Assembly.
