Allegra Hodges

Allegra Hodges, Ph.D., currently serves as the Head of Strategic Innovation at Portland General Electric, where leadership focuses on fostering an innovative culture for clean energy solutions. With extensive experience in strategy integration, Allegra has held roles such as Senior Principal and Manager of Strategy Integration at PGE, guiding long-term growth through technology and business model innovation. Previous positions include Energy Efficiency Evaluation Program Manager at Bonneville Power Administration and various analytical and strategic roles. Educational credentials include a BA in Psychology from Northwestern University and a Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder. Allegra is also a Board of Trustees member at the Oregon Zoo Foundation and has contributed to diversity training initiatives.
