Patricio Olivas

Patricio Olivas, SPHR, currently serves as the Manager of People & Culture Technology for the Portland Trail Blazers at the Rose Quarter, focusing on HRIS analysis, process optimization, and vendor management. Previous experience includes roles at First Tech Federal Credit Union as HR Systems Program Manager and Senior HR Analyst, where Patricio was recognized as a presenter and subject matter expert at the Ultimate Software Connections Conference. Patricio also contributed to the development of HR technology strategies and efficient business processes while working in various HR roles at XPO Logistics, Red Lobster, ENGIE North America Inc., Clinicient, and Portland State University. Patricio holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Portland State University and an Associate's Degree in Business Technology from Rogue Community College.
