Alexandr Buchkov

Alexandr Buchkov is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and support management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success and Head of Support at Poster POS since June 2015. In this role, Alexandr oversees the customer support department, focusing on developing core processes, reducing customer churn, and implementing strategies for customer retention and engagement. Additionally, as a co-founder of Med Help Dnipro since April 2022, Alexandr has played a vital role in supporting Ukrainian military medics by supplying critical medical equipment and systems valued over $1 million. Alexandr holds a Specialist degree in Civil Engineering from Pridniprovs'ka Deržavna Akademija Budivnictva ta Arhitektury, completed in 2017.
