Martin Doversten is a seasoned professional in customer success and technical support within the renewable energy sector, currently serving as VP of Customer Success at Power Factors since January 2022. In this role, Martin oversees a global team of approximately 30 individuals dedicated to maintaining the health of over 500 customers across various countries. Prior to this, Martin held the position of VP Global Customer Experience & Technical Support, focusing on SaaS development aimed at accelerating the global energy transition. Martin's experience also includes senior roles at Greenbyte and Burt, where leadership in customer success and solutions management was key to driving productivity and service excellence. Martin's educational background includes a Master’s in Software Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Uppsala University, alongside additional studies in Mandarin Chinese.
