Tesfaye Hailu has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Tesfaye is currently the Country Director at Power for All, where they are responsible for the Powering Agriculture: Ethiopia project, facilitating market transformation and coordinating sector actors to generate demand for renewable energy products. Prior to this, they worked as the Country Head - Ethiopia at Triple Line, building and managing the operational infrastructure for the firm's projects in the Horn of Africa. Tesfaye Hailu obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Earth Science from Addis Ababa University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Tesfaye then pursued a Master's degree in Geophysics at the same university, completing their studies from 2002 to 2004.
