Patrick Crawford

Patrick Crawford has a solid background in software engineering and product development. Patrick is currently employed by PowerFlex as an Energy Storage Engineer, focusing on optimizing EV charging and storage patterns. Prior to that, they worked at EDF Renewables North America as a Software Engineer 3, where they developed software to improve battery performance and safety at a battery plant. In addition, Patrick has experience as a Staff Software Engineer at GE Aviation, where they worked on systems for transforming black box information into engineering units and providing insights to airline pilots. Before that, they had roles at ClearBlade, where they worked on product development with a focus on security and low-level programming, and at VCU Department of Information Systems and Virginia Commonwealth University as a Programming Tutor and Network Technician, respectively.

Patrick Crawford obtained a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University. Patrick completed this program from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Environmental Studies from the same university, which they completed from 2009 to 2011.
