Chengjie Geng

Chengjie Geng is a Senior Engineer at Powertech Labs Inc. since July 2020, with prior extensive experience at ABB Power Grids as a Field Service Representative from November 2013 to July 2020. Responsibilities included reviewing specifications for commissioning, handling post-commissioning warranty activities, and providing technical support to customers in various sectors, including oil sands and utilities. Previously, Chengjie served as a Transformer Testing Engineer at ABB Power Services, where engineering support for shop floor operations and production scheduling were key tasks. Early career roles included Transformer Production & Test Engineer at ABB Chongqing Transformer, engaging in significant projects such as transformers for the Three Gorges and Beijing Olympic Games, and Production Engineer at Chongqing Taishan Cable & Wire Company. Chengjie holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Automation from Xian JiaoTong University.
