Russel Novelo Farfan

Russel Novelo Farfan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Russel started their career as an HR Intern at CEMEX in June 2001 and served in that role until January 2003. Following this, they joined Financiera Bepensa as a Production Coordinator from September 2003 to February 2004, and then as a Logistics Coordinator from February 2004 to December 2004.

In June 2005, Russel joined Vermeer Manufacturing as a Design Engineer and worked in that role until August 2011. Russel then transitioned to a Solutions Specialist Pipeline position within the same company and remained in that role until May 2014.

From May 2014 onwards, Russel Novelo Farfan joined Precision Pulley & Idler as an Applications Engineer - International. In this role, they provided field engineering support to territory sales managers in South America, contributed to market development through engineering assistance, and delivered technical training to end users and distributors.
