Matt Prazenka is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive leadership and business development across various sectors. As the Principal at PrecisionRecruiter.com since September 2013, Matt specializes in designing recruitment systems for small to medium businesses, focusing on creating job definitions and performance evaluations. At Abacus Business Leaders, LLC, also as Principal, Matt provides “Surrogate CEO Services” to entrepreneurs, enhancing business processes for growth and succession. Previously, as Managing Director of the Service Nation Alliance, Matt developed programs to help plumbing and HVAC contractors prepare for market expansion and exits.
