Johana Duque

Johana Duque has extensive experience in sourcing, supply chain management, and electrical engineering, currently serving as the Director of NPI Sourcing and previously holding roles such as Director of Global Supply Chain Management at Precor from July 2004 to present. Responsibilities include managing purchasing, inventory control, and global distribution while coordinating global sourcing activities, contract agreements, and supplier selection. Prior experience includes project management and leadership of electrical engineering teams, developing electro-mechanical designs for cardio and entertainment products, and contributing to validation procedures. Earlier in the career, at PCSI Design, Johana worked as an industrial and mechanical engineering contractor in R&D designs while representing the company in marketing activities. Johana earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida.
